Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos of the product(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

Each claim is reviewed individually. If we determine that an error occurred on our end, we'll work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Our body oils are inspired by the scent profiles of popular designer fragrances. While we work with trusted suppliers to provide high-quality fragrance oils, we cannot guarantee an exact match to any original fragrance.

Fragrance performance varies from person to person based on factors including body chemistry, skin type, environment, and application method. Because fragrance perception is subjective, we cannot guarantee the longevity, projection, or strength of a fragrance on every individual.

If you're trying a fragrance for the first time, we recommend purchasing one of our smaller bottle sizes before committing to a larger size.
