SHIPPING POLICY

At You Smell Good Today, we take pride in carefully preparing every order. As a small business, every package is packed with attention to detail, and we appreciate your patience and support.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.

Orders are primarily shipped through USPS, although we may use another carrier when appropriate.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

You Smell Good Today is not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you may choose one of the following:

  • Have the order reshipped after paying the new shipping cost, or
  • Receive a refund for the product(s) only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier.

While we're always happy to help point you in the right direction, You Smell Good Today is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages in transit, or packages marked as Delivered by the carrier that are later reported missing or stolen.

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting USPS or the shipping carrier directly and keeping your tracking information available for reference.

Shipping Protection

We do not currently offer shipping insurance at checkout.

Fraud Prevention

To help protect both our customers and our business, we reserve the right to review, verify, or cancel any order that appears fraudulent or cannot be verified.

If additional information is needed, we'll contact you before making a final decision whenever possible.
